Ziya Bey Konağı is a boutique hotel with an authentic 13-room building on one of the narrow cobbled streets of Cunda Island, the apple of Ayvalık's eye, restored with elegant touches without spoiling its historic and architectural fabric, blending and offering all the memories and life of history from earlier times to the present day.

Ziya Bey Konağı's rooms, decorated with antique items that go back to earlier times but are adapted to today's modern needs and tastes, smell strongly of history.
