INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
This notice is provided pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 “on the Protection of Personal Data” and as a legal obligation.

Şti., in its capacity as Data Controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), has prepared this “Information Notice” in order to inform you, within the framework of Article 10 of the KVKK (“Obligation of the Data Controller to Inform”) and Article 11 (“Rights of the Data Subject”), about the purposes for which your personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose the processed data may be transferred, the method and legal basis of its collection, and the other rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK:

1 - PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Our Company, which operates in the fields set out in detail in the Articles of Association of butikotels / Pegasus Mondial Dış Tic.Tur. İnş. Teks. Bas. Yayın Gıda San. Ltd. Şti.”, collects and processes your personal data verbally, in writing or electronically in connection with those activities, both because of the regulations of the tourism and revenue authorities and other relevant institutions and because of the contracts we conclude. This personal data will be used in order to provide the services related to our Company’s fields of activity and to improve their quality, to carry out our Company’s sales, marketing and other activities, and to comply with our data retention, reporting and notification obligations . In addition, your personal data may be used within the scope of activities such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) applications carried out to improve the quality of the services we offer you and for sales and marketing purposes. Without your explicit consent your personal data will not be used for purposes other than those stated above and, apart from legal obligations and official institutions/organisations, it will not be shared with or transferred to third parties.

2 – TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED
Our Company may share this personal data only on the basis of the customer’s explicit consent or in the other cases set out in Article 5/2 of the KVKK – primarily the legislation to which we are subject – and for the purpose of offering you, our customers, value-added services, opportunities and benefits and of improving service quality, with; www.butikotels.com / Pegasus Mondial Dış Tic.Tur. Şti. and its Group Companies, our domestic or foreign affiliates and our directly or indirectly related companies and joint ventures, public institutions or organisations authorised by legal obligation to request this data, and – provided that adequate measures are taken – the domestic or foreign institutions, suppliers, authorised dealers/agents/business partners with whom we have agreements as required by our activities. 3 – METHOD AND LEGAL BASIS OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically, in accordance with the legislation in force, through channels such as our Company, our Group Companies, our affiliates, our agencies and the solution partners with whom we cooperate or have a contractual relationship. Keeping your personal data accurate and up to date: those who share their personal data with our Company acknowledge and declare that they know how important the accuracy and currency of that information is, both for the rights they hold over their personal data under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and in terms of other relevant legislation, and that any liability arising from incorrect information rests entirely with them. You may report any changes and/or updates regarding the personal data you have shared to kisiselverim@pegasusmondial.com . Deletion, destruction or anonymisation of your personal data: personal data processed for the purposes set out in this Information Notice will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised and used further in anonymised form once the purpose requiring its processing has ceased pursuant to Article 7/1 of the KVKK and once the periods laid down by law have elapsed pursuant to Article 138 of the Turkish Penal Code. Measures regarding the protection of personal data: the protection of personal data is an important matter for our Company. Our Company takes the necessary measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access and against its loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Our Company undertakes to keep your personal data confidential, to take all technical and administrative measures necessary to ensure confidentiality and security, and to exercise the required care to that end. Notwithstanding the information security measures taken by our Company, should personal data be damaged or fall into the hands of third parties as a result of attacks on the website and the system, our Company will immediately notify you and the Personal Data Protection Board.

4 - OTHER RIGHTS LISTED IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE KVKK
By applying to our Company you have the right to;
a) learn whether your personal data is being processed,
b) request information if it has been processed,
c) learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
d) know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
e) request its correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
f) request its deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK, and request that the third parties to whom it has been transferred be notified of the actions taken pursuant to paragraphs (d) and (e) above,
g) object to a result to your detriment arising from analysis solely by automated systems,
h) claim compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing.

For matters concerning your personal data only the kisiselverim@pegasusmondial.com  e-mail address may be used; requests and notifications received through channels other than this address will not be taken into consideration.
