They are protected under the applicable copyright legislation. Copying, reproducing, using or distributing these products for any purpose without notice and permission is legally prohibited.

AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS OF USE:

www.butikotels.com reserves the right to change the current terms of use, to add new terms or to renew them without giving any reason and without prior or subsequent notice. www.butikotels.com provides its service with the current version. The User accepts that they are bound by the current version.

SERVICE AND MEMBERSHIP:

www.butikotels.com enables properties to advertise their products and services on www.butikotels.com, acts as an intermediary for Users making reservations with properties and provides other related services. In this context www.butikotels.com is a broker under the Turkish Code of Obligations and an Intermediary Service Provider under the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce; the reservation transaction and the accommodation service contract are concluded between the User and the Property.

Every User www.butikotels.com must enter an e-mail address and a password in order to become a member. The member shall create this password using a variety of characters and of sufficient length and shall endeavour not to use it in third-party applications.

The creation, change and protection of the password is entirely the member’s responsibility; butikotels is in no way liable for any problems or damage that may arise from these matters.

Members bear full responsibility for the comments, thoughts and statements they make about properties through www.butikotels.com and for the personal information they submit.

 Members accept that in disputes that may arise with the Property because of these comments www.butikotels.com  is not a party, www.butikotels.com is free to publish or not to publish these views and opinions, and also accepts that it has the right to edit these views and comments through moderators.

Members accept and declare that they will not use user names, photographs or nicknames that are threatening, immoral or racist, that are contrary to legislation / international agreements, that contain political messages, that infringe the intellectual or industrial property rights of others or that defame the names of persons or institutions, and that they will not post such messages or comments.

Members accept and declare that, without the permission of www.butikotels.com , they will not sell or offer for sale any goods or services on the www.butikotels.com platforms and that they will not use the www.butikotels.com services for advertising or other commercial purposes.

USER OBLIGATIONS  :

www.butikotels.com The user who becomes a member of the site guarantees the accuracy of all the information provided. The user is responsible for all transactions carried out with their user name and password and for all consequences that may arise from those transactions. The user undertakes not to give their password and user name to anyone else. 

www.butikotels.com although it is a site that is updated instantly, the properties, prices, payment terms and campaigns shown on the site are indicative. Pegasus Mondial Dış Tic.Tur.İnş.Teks.Bas.Yay.Gıda San.Ltd.Şti cannot be held liable for omissions or errors arising from typography or delayed updates. For reservations made, the terms of each product and product provider apply. If the User wishes to make a reservation for any of these products, they are deemed to have accepted the terms of the relevant product provider as at the time of reservation. Upon completing the reservation, the User the distance sales contract and declares that they are a party to it and that the provisions of this Agreement, together with the preliminary information form, form part of the distance sales contract.

that they must pay the accommodation fee notified to them under the conditions announced by the Property on www.butikotels.com , failing which the reserved room may not be handed over to them; that they will not go beyond the purpose of use set out in this agreement, failing which butikotels may cease to provide service to the User / terminate the User’s membership;

www.butikotels.com are for personal use and that they do not purchase these services for resale to third parties; that the cancellation conditions may vary for each Property listed on www.butikotels.com and that they have therefore carefully read and accepted the cancellation conditions announced by the Property at the time of booking; that from time to time lower promotional prices may be offered for a particular stay, product or service, that these prices given by the Property may be subject to certain restrictions and conditions (such as the absence of a right of cancellation or refund) and that it is the User’s obligation to check the booking conditions of the relevant service before making a reservation; and that, apart from the type of accommodation purchased, the cost of any extra food, drink, personal expenses and all services taken outside the programme that the User purchases at the Property shall be paid by the User to the Property.

www.butikotels.com OBLIGATIONS:

www.butikotels.com is an “Intermediary Service Provider” under Article 9 of the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and a “Broker” within the scope of Article 520 et seq. of the Turkish Code of Obligations, and is under no circumstances responsible for the performance of the services at the reserved properties or for the collection of payments.

butikotels declares that it will conduct its activities in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy of Pegasus Mondial Dış.Tic.Tur.İnş.Teks.Bas.Yay.Gıda San.Ltd.Şti.

www.butikotels.com will not charge users who make reservations any site usage fee or any other charge beyond the amount payable to the property.

www.butikotels.com publishes only the information entered by the properties themselves regarding the Properties and their facilities. For incomplete and/or incorrect information given about the services offered at the Properties, www.butikotels.com will not be held responsible; the Property will.

www.butikotels.com the obligation to change and update the price and product feature information of the services offered for sale is borne by the properties. www.butikotels.com is in no way liable for any problem that may arise between the user and the property or for any damage that may occur.

All responsibility for the currency of the information relating to the Property rests with the Property. If incorrect information is detected, www.butikotels.com may correct that error and, depending on the requirements of the situation, may cancel the customer’s reservation entirely.

If Users act contrary to the provisions of this agreement, www.butikotels.com  has the right to intervene as necessary, to exclude users from the service and to terminate users’ memberships (if any).

www.butikotels.com may at any time temporarily suspend or completely halt the operation of the system.www.butikotels.com environment, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy. For backup and deletion operations carried out lawfully,

FORCE MAJEURE:

The Property or www.butikotels.com being prevented from performing, or being unable to perform, any of its obligations under this Agreement for an unforeseeable reason such as natural disasters like floods, earthquakes or fires, riots, war or government action shall be deemed force majeure. The failure of the Party affected by force majeure to perform shall be excused, and the relevant period of performance shall be extended by the period of delay or non-performance caused by that event.

TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT:

This agreement shall remain in force until the member/user cancels their membership or until their membership is cancelled by www.butikotels.com . butikotels may, in the event that the member/user breaches any provision of the membership agreement, cancel the member’s/user’s membership and terminate the agreement unilaterally.

ENTRY INTO FORCE:

The registration of the member/user means that the member/user has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepts them. This Agreement is deemed to have been concluded and to have entered into force mutually at the moment the member/user becomes a member.
