How Do I Cancel My Booking?

Booking Cancellation

To cancel your booking:

1. Sign in to your account
2. Go to the "My Bookings" page
3. Find the booking you want to cancel
4. Click the "Details" button of the booking you want to cancel
5. Click the "Cancel Booking" button that appears under the booking details

Cancellation Conditions

Every hotel has its own cancellation policy. We recommend checking the conditions before cancelling.

Note: Some bookings on special promotions may be non-refundable.
