How Does the Refund Process Work?

You can cancel your hotel booking within the conditions set by the properties. The refund for cancelled bookings is started automatically.

Refund Times

• Credit Card: 7-14 working days
• Debit Card: 14-21 working days

After your booking is cancelled the refund amount is credited to the card you used during the transaction. Depending on your bank's refund procedure, your refund is transferred to your account within 7-14 working days for credit cards and 14-21 working days for debit cards. You can follow your refund through your bank's mobile app.

The refund amount may be full or partial according to the cancellation policy.
