Signature Hotel & Spa

Our 4-Star Signature Hotels & Spa hotel, which began operating on 07.09.2019 in the town of Ortahisar in the Ürgüp district of the province of Nevşehir, has 61 rooms in total with a capacity of 122 People: 1 Room for Disabled Guests, 2 Suites, 7 Deluxe Rooms and 51 Standard Rooms. In the 4-storey building structure, the entrance floor is made up of the lobby, reception, a shop and offices; the 1st and 2nd Floors have 24 Rooms and the 3rd Floor has 13 Rooms, a Bar and the kitchen. On the 4th floor there is a terrace restaurant for 130 people. On the -1st Floor there are the boiler room and the Spa centre. There is 1 guest lift for 6 people, and 2 staircases at 2 different points within the building for access to the rooms and the shared areas. For emergencies there are assembly areas created at 2 different points and 2 staircases for access to these areas. Outside the hotel there are a garden section and a car park for 6 vehicles.

Our standard rooms are designed at 25 square metres, and in the room there are a minibar, a wardrobe for 2 people, a tea and coffee set-up, a shower cubicle, an LCD Screen TV, a Safe and a laminate parquet floor.

Our Deluxe  rooms are designed at 30 square metres, and in the room there are a minibar, a wardrobe for 2 people, a tea and coffee set-up, a shower cubicle, an LCD Screen TV, a Safe and a laminate parquet floor.

Our Suites are designed at 36 square metres and are made up of 2 sections, a bedroom and a sitting room. In the room there are a minibar, a wardrobe for 2 people, a tea and coffee set-up, a shower cubicle, an LCD Screen TV, a Safe and a laminate parquet floor.

At the Spa centre, service is provided with 1 salt room, 1 steam room, 1 sauna, 1 Turkish bath, 3 massage rooms and 1 VIP massage room, and separate changing cubicles and shower rooms for Women and Men.
