Otel Fiori Urla has 10 rooms made up of three separate steel structures with superior heat and sound insulation properties.

The hotel is a five-minute walk from Sanat Sokağı and the Malgaca Market. It is at the junction of the roads leading to Urla's beaches and coves, each finer than the last, on the Urla Vineyard Route
